Quite amazed I was able to pick this up for Reg fee two days ago. This was the only extension in which this domain name was available.

It seems to me like it should be quite valuable, but I wanted to get some other opinions to make sure I am not just deluding myself.

Any comments are appreciated!

This term is taken in all major (and minor) extensions as far as I recall.

It's overture score is through the roof

The .com is (IMO) a xxx,xxx domain...

Am I missing something here?

PS Just found this from DNJournal from 02-27-07:
Back at Sedo, Styles.mobi and RetirementPlanning.org sold for $1,800 each..

and isn't .org a much lesser extension than .de in terms of value?

Im not as experianced at the DE as other here but I think its major one word keywords like Casino , sex or Poker that might be worth anything in the DE. (some experts in DE please check in to help out here) The .org is a better extension in my experiance and I was going to guess estimate $1000-$1,500 for it so I wouldnt be far off. I think with the right person $1000 might be a good goal for this. I doint think it would be worth more than the .org If you get alot of revenue off of PPC then this could be worth alot more.

Anyways its a great pickup that should net you a good profit if you sell it to the right end user.

Ruhestand Planung , The two words for retirement & planning in German although I don't think they go together - no searches on OV. 200+ for "retirement planning" - some people are searching!

Searches for "Retirement Planning" on Google.de bring up 2 mill results and a few related ads (Finanzplanung - financial planning)

You may have a name that would be of interest as the eu is now a huge area and there are english speakers everywhere and may be seeking "retirement planning" info in and outside of Germany.
