Interesting to know why trademark owners wins a lot of cases against domain investors?
For me, at the bottom line, this process looks more like a hijacking activity then a attempt to puts justice in place.
Because, at all, a domain is unregistered or have a page without ads that let potential interested buyers to send inquiry to seller are equivalent for me, what damage will receive the trademark owner at that point? a big 0 in my opinion
