Why my .asia application was denied ?

Hi!

I submitted some Asia domains including FREE.ASIA and GAMBLE.ASIA during the landrush period . But in April 1st, I received an Email about info that my FREE.ASIA and GAMBLE.ASIA applications were denied (But no denied info for others .asia domains ), there were no any detail denied reason.

Anybody knows why?

21-Mar-2008 is the last day of landrush registration, right ? How could the Free and Gamble be push to somebody? They are public English words, right? And I submitted them in right 21-Mar-2008 !

they have a lot dirty trick inside .......
just like air.asia belong to Air Asia berhad, i don't think they even push the domain out .......

Free and Gamble are very valuable domains in any decent extension. Your odds of getting them are very small.

BTW, what is this with an owner from DE (Germany)? Last I looked Germany is not in Asia. Have they moved their country (would be warmer, no doubt).

i guess the names might have been taken during the sunrise period? or some1 are willing to pay the amount of money to get it uring the pioneer program? talk about .asia, talk money,simple equation.

I had the same notification on 3 of my Landrush .Asia names....I called DotAsia.


They said those names had been allocated during Sunrise...and the names showing in WHOIS are the people that got them.

(if so, they shouldn't have been available at my registrar for rego application during Landrush, should they?)


Who knows what skullduggery really goes on behind the scenes in these things?

if you have a CED you can register the .asia domains

Yes, I have contacted DotAsia, they replied me somebody else has taken FREE and GAMBLE using Trade Mark during Sunrise. But I can not understand why they were available to register when I submitted my applications.
