Why is it doing this?

I bought a domain back in January,
globalnamesearch.com it's my whois checker thingee
how come when I use this tool
http://www.webconfs.com/domain-age.php
it says the domain is 4 years old and when you
click on it - it goes to some Roar site?
and when you check this tool
http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.globalnamesearch.com

it doesn't have anything under 2006?
anyone know what's happening here? do I need to
do something?

I can do a whois history check for you to see if this is the reason. PM or post.

Sorry Wendy, I misread your post.

The reason for this would that the tool used is linking to a archived page of the wayback machine.
Look at the status bar when the page is loading

As you can see there are records from before 2006
