Why Domain NPs are not credited in my account?

Hi,

I have been clicking in some of the links in order to get domain nps but even though in my payment history they are flagged as cleared, when I try to register a domain i get zero balance in credit. Why is so?

My account works fine. You may post in the "Private Messages To Staff" board to ask the staff to look into your case.

You don't get credited with np$ but with np domain credits. You can use these to buy domains and cannot trade them with other people. These appear under your np$ ballance and the click system takes up to an hour to process the clicks.So click http://www.namepros.com/ and look welcome panel:

I have understood this but it still says that I have zero Domain Credit: ** NP

I will have to pm some of the stuff because these clicks have been made more than a month now, so they must have been credited there
