Why does this domain have so much traffic?

„mp4 dot pl“ is listed at Sedo for sale and is parked there. I have been watching it over the last few months. The Unique Visitors have gone up to 20.000 and then dropped again to a few thousand. This has happened many times. Can you explain to me how it is possible to have so much traffic considering the domain statistics?
