Whois history

Is there any place asides from domaintools.com that I can get the whois history of a domain? I only need this for 1 domain so it isn't worth signing up for their service.

any help here would be appreciated? I already checked archive.org (it is blocked) and alexa (has nothing). I know the domain was reg'd in 2000 but it has had a number of ip & registrar changes since then.
