whois.cart() or drams?

Has anyone ever used either of these. I heard drams is actually encrypted, if thats the case im not going to use that. (i want to be able to make new features in the future).

Anyways, im going to be creating a domain business. And offer lots of promotions and such.

I decided to start coding my own it will take much much longer but its worth it so i can have the rights to resell it and such
