Whois.Cart() Re-Design

Im looking for someone who can make and install a skin for my Whois.Cart() which is currently installed at www.iihost.net/whoiscart please PM me or e-mail me at [email protected], im looking for a design either clean or hitech like the following, http://www.mtechmedia.net/whoiscart/index.php as you can see this site also uses Whois.Cart() im looking for someone with experience and would be great if you could show me some of your previous work. Flash is not a requirement, but if you can it would help
