Anyone know who is the cheapest dot-es registrar? Anyone know which one does real time registrations?

I just reg'd a dot-es domain using eurodns.com. I used the ES20DISC coupon code (good through 11-30) and got 20% off the 18 Euro dollar cost. One euro is roughly equal to a little more than one dollar.

Seems eurodns.com is the cheapest one I could found so far ...

By the way, do you know how long does it usually take to get the .es domain name activated? I registered one yesterday, but haven't heard anything back yet ... Thanks.

Time utill activation

The activation time is 24 hours or less. Yours might be taking longer if they have to convert your US credit card from dollars to euro dollars.

EuroDNS should have sent you an email immediately following your registration attempt notifying you that it will take them a few hours to process your credit card. Go into your account to see if there is a record of your registration attemp. If there is none, then do it again.

Thank you homebuyer, I've received the email from them, and my domain name shows "Domain being processed", it has been 27 hours now, hopefully I will get it soon :)

eurodns took four hours to complete the reg

Eurodns took only four hours yesterday to reg my dot-es. Perhaps the four hours was needed to convert my credit card limit to euro dollars. Kind of reminds me of when network solutions used to take 24 hours to complete a reg.

yes its piensa , but its a pain in the a$$ to check out , have to give them a number that you don't have (all spanish people have this number, its like a social security number) , plus to checkout they ask you for passport and credit card copies to be sent by fax , that sucks
