The one's actually making more aren't even on the list. These are big time domainers who prefer to remain quiet. Imo, Donny Simonton from Parked.com is definitely one of the big internet guys. I'm sure his own portfolio must be worth millions. $$$$

And I don't see Divyank Turakhia (Skenzo) on the list. I am myself a huge fan of Divyank. I feel the guy has really worked his way up from virtual nothings.

Kevin Ham supposedly makes between 50-100 million a year.

And he always has money to buy million dollar names at auctions.

I have to agree to 'Varon' - Many of the larger domainers out there prefer to not shout about how much they earn and stay below the radar, a great example would have to be 'Elequa' aka (Thunayan Khalid AL-Ghanim). He should most definetly be on the list...

Has he bought names worth millions or has he PAID millions? If "PAID" then which ones?

Well, just off the top of my head, I know he owns names such as God.com, Christians.com, Satan.com, and a bunch of other religious names. His profile consists of over 300,000 names.....

He also owns Devil.com, a domain I had a chance to buy in 1998/1999 for $5000 but passed on it. Still regret that one.

My feeling is there's probably at least a thousand people working from home making around half a million per year on the internet one way or another, although I don't have any evidence. We've probably all come across stories here and there of successful people starting from scratch with just an idea, then there's all the domainers and probably lots of people with lots of sites, each one making a bit, which adds up.

OWNS names worth millions is one thing, PAID millions is another. That's why I was asking. I own VERY expensive names, but doesn't mean I paid it.

I agree with the #2 post. Google gets the advertisers money and money from the clicks.
Its like the guy that invented the phillips head screwdriver and phillips head screw, sort of.

I should be on that list.
I buy at least 10-20K in names per month.
