@vivaldi At webmaster.net, we have added a bulkwhois tool. You can look up multiple domains but you still have to confirm the Whois lookup for each domain, but it's a quick way to see if a name is register and if it is what PR/Alexa the site has.

We also don't store any data on your lookups whatsoever, I will vouch for that.

If you want to find out if other extensions have been registered already, you can use our stats tool instead: stats.webmaster.net

But it's still quite slow, because it's looking up other stats as well. So we will add the other extensions to our bulkwhois tool as well
