Who can explain this? (SEDO ISSUE)

I notice that on SEDO there is the "Under $300 Bargains" There are a lot of domains there priced at anything from $99 to $300 What I dont understand is how many of those very low priced domains in the $99 range have up to 60 Bids made for them but still they are not sold. Is the buyer not obligated to sell at the price he advertises if that amount is met in the bid? I really dont believe that after 60 bids the $99 mark has not been reached. I would be grateful if someone could cast some light on this for me.
Thanx and regards
Fred

Fred, usually there are domains which were originally posted with an asking price well below what the seller actuall expects (for whatever reason, perhaps to garner initial bids with the hope of getting a high roller.) The asking prices aren't binding; only buy-it-now prices are.

Binary - I agree with you on this one, I think this is rediculous and not right of a seller to advertise a price to recieve bids when he has no intention of selling at that price.

I do it with most of my domains. If I get a bid I'll send it to auction and see what the market dictates. Most of my domains I'd be happy to get $60 for though :)
