WHM time is different than Cpanel user time?

My time in Webhost manager is set to CST, but when I create package, then create account for cpanel, and access it. The server time is in the default africa time. How do I set the correct time to CST (just like in webhost manager) for the cpanel user?

Or where can a cpanel user set server time by themselves in cpanel?

Are you on a VPS or is it your dedicated server?

Yes when you set up WHM and Cpanel accounts for the first time they are different.
