e.g. This domain is capable of top listing; top listing gets 75% of traffic; ergo .75 * searches/yr. * PPC price = proximate value for year.
Total value being some time value of money multiple. Thoughts?
Finally, google thinks heliski and heli-ski are different. So should I devalue a hyphenated domain name in that case??
