Which Xbox360?

This probably a stupid question but iam not an avid gamer..and i am O L D aswell-LOL...i need to know what the best Xbox360 package is to buy...i see the single console....a gold edition and ect...which is the best buy,,,with the most features?

All I know is : Don't get the CORE system, since it doesn't even have a Hard Drive or wireless controller.

There are 2 main packages the core package as mentioned by MCDomains which is the minimal approach or the there is the main system (not sure what it is called at the moment) which has a wireless controller (the core system is a wired controller), a hard drive and depending where you get it a controller (this may not be available anymore with the system). Any other packages you see will generally be 1 of the above with a game or 2.

My advice would be to spend the extra money and get the xbox 360 package that comes with the hard drive. If you buy the core system you will probably eventually buy the other peripherals anyway but it will cost you more. It is really upto you if you want a package with a game or 2 and of course depending on the type of games you like will determine on wether the package is right for you (some shops may give you a choice of what game you want).

Amazon will be selling the XBOX 360 Core for $100 on Thursday 11 A.M. PST. You can try to purchase it before it gets sold.

The Premium Xbox 360 includes all sorts of extra stuff, including a wireless controller and a hard drive. It also has chrome on the disk tray. The core system doesn't have any way to save your files right out of the box, it includes a wired controller, and the disk tray is white. If I were you, I'd go with the the Premium package. If you were to buy the core versions, you end up spending the difference on the accessories you need to make the packages equal. I have a premium package and I love it .

All I can say is do not buy the core version. Because than you'll have to buy the memory card, extra hard-drive and all the stuf.. Get the Premium
