Which search estimation tool do you trust?

Or something else?

As an example I did a search on each tool for the singular and plural option of a 3 word keyword phrase and these were the contradicting results:

SeoBook's tool shows:

my keyword phrase: 100 Daily searches
my keyword phrases: 723 Daily Searches

Google Adwords shows:

my keyword phrase: 74,000 local monthly searches 110,000 global monthly searches
my keyword phrases: 22,000 local monthly searches 27,100 global monthly searches

See how the SEObook results show the singular version with less searches but the Google Adwords version shows the singular version with more searches than the plural keyword.

Adwords tool is messed up

In Google adwords what MATCH TYPE (small box top right) are you using. Use the EXACT and the number will likely be close to seobook numbers.
