Both look solid on paper, but I think it really comes down to how you plan to use the residential proxies.

Decodo (ex-Smartproxy) has been around longer and feels a bit more “mature” overall. The big advantage for me is the size and stability of their residential pool and geo targeting — it tends to be predictable, which matters if you’re running long-term projects or scaling things up over time.

KindProxy seems attractive if your focus is shorter tasks where session length and speed matter more. The longer sticky sessions and faster rotation interval are definitely useful for scraping, automation, or when you want fewer reconnects. Pricing is also friendlier if you’re just testing or running smaller jobs.

From experience, no provider is perfect across every site anyway. Some targets work better with one network than another, so trials or low-commitment plans are still the safest way to choose.

In short:

If you want consistency and a large, proven network → Decodo

If you care more about session time, speed, and cost → KindProxy

Would be interesting to hear how both perform in real-world blocking/captcha scenarios rather than just specs.
