Yeah, I would go with C-I-T-Y.com also as it looks better and SE's will probably treat it better.

I would go with C-I-T.com as I know I could easily flip the name for well over $50. 8-4-5.com could also be flipped for a big profit so that would also be high up on my choices. ci-ty.com and ci-t.com I would value below the first two as the resale value would not be as high. The price of C-I-T-Y.com I am unsure about but I think the resale value of C-I-T.com to an end user will be much higher then C-I-T-Y.com. The reason why I picked the L-L-L.com

TBH, I'd keep the $7.

But if I had to pick one, I'd go with ci-ty.
I wouldn't try and pass it off as 'city' though...

Currently, I will register 8-4-5.com and c-i-t.com first as I am a domainer and these two can be sold ASAP. Considering register the domains for the rising of the value in the next 2 years, I would register in such order: ci-ty.com, ct-i.com and may leave c-i-t-y.com unregistered as there are really too many hyphens.
