Whos going start business of selling and buying of plots and land would be helpful if you could suggest which sounds and helpful to generate more visitors kindly suggest

Neither are great, but there is no way I would ever develop a .forsale domain into an actual business.

I would be shocked if 1 in 10,000 people even knew that extension existed. I am a domain investor and have barely heard of it.

Buyland.net sounds reasonable. But since the .com of this is already taken and developed, do you wish to compete with that? Won't that be confusing?
