Which is better, a low name in .COM or a great name in a new TLD?

hi to all
i need a little help,
what is better? a excellent domain name with new extension(from my
country) or a medium or low medium domain name with .com extension
any help is welcome

example

"home" is busy in five extension home.com,home.net...but is not busy in
my country...home.rs and i can register this domain name(example) and
try to sell it.is it worth it or not(to register and sell)?
