Which Customer Support Software and Why?

I've been trying to find out what are mostly of you are using to support your web hosting clients? I believe customer relationship is best in marketing online. Something like it's all integrated into one:chat, tickets, faq, etc.

I Love PHP Live! Support - Im not sure whether it handles tickets and faqs but IMO its best for live support, Operators and Clients alike.

Im an operator for a hosting company using PHP Live! Support and the interface is great, some say its buggy, but i havnt experienced that myself and ive seen lots of other companies using it without problems.

Cerberus is the one used by layeredtech for their customer support ticket, great esp. you can sense the value of a client to a hosting company.

The good thing about Cerberus is it's a great help desk program and if you only need it for one person to use with one email address, it's free.

I am building a site, and integrated Cerberus with it. Its free to use with one email address as someone else stated, and it's very nice.
