I do own an RPG, which is with finnish language. I do need an advertisement company, which would pay for me via paypal and wich would pay good. Not only 0,01 for click. I am looking for some companies. So, this is a bit of difficult question. One wich allows with finnish language content and pays with paypal.

My second question is the follow:
I do want to open a proxy, but I need an advertisement company, which allows to put ads on proxies. Theres also needed payment via paypal.
Which companies I should go with?
