question Where to transfer .et domains??

Someone paid for my .et domain on Sedo. Since it is not finalized, I will not disclose. But the buyer went to Netim to transfer the domain and he told me there was some paper work. I generated the EPP code and sent him. It has been some 4 days and no progress. Has anyone have any clue where to sucessfuly transfer .et domains?

* I also experimented by creating another account @ Ethiotelecom (My bro created it for himself) Then after adding the EPP code and going a couple of steps, the system notified me that I have to "remove the domain from the cart because it is already registered in their registrar." Ethiotelecom is relatively new in the business and could have issues. Otherwise I remember I transferred a domain name from one namecheap account of mine to Another for free. Ethiotelecom wouldn't allow it

et domains can be tricky—Ethiotelecom might not fully support third-party transfers yet. I'd recommend contacting their support directly or checking if the buyer can use the same registrar you’re on.

The buyer created account with Ethiotelecom and finally transferred it to him with the help of support team of Ethiotelecom. They asked me to write a letter and sign it. They also asked me for some ID. I send both via What'sapp and finally they did it.
Anyone may share his experience if he succeeded transfering his .et domains to other registrars.
