Where to get a list of dictionary words?

Simple question - where's the best place to get a list of dictionary words? I'm looking for the most current and complete US English dictionary file out there.

1035166 words ordered by popularity. Misspellings are included but because of the order of the words they'll show up close to the end of the list.
