Where to create own toolbar?

you can go to www.effectivebrand.com they can make a decent toolbar. they make pretty neat toolbars too they are updated constantly and they never need upgrades.

i use effectivebrand as well it's free and needs no uninstall from your members who previously installed your toolbar and got nice stats too. searchfeed is also integrated into it.

I did try them for some weird reason once i have created it then after a certain stage the proccess goes no further with login section.

Also i wanted more than one link on it but looked like that is all it allowed.

You could code your own in VBScript ..

Other than that.. Most of the good ones are paided. The best one I know of is Toolbar Studio but it costs $$.
