Where to buy?

Where do you guys go to actually buy sites/domains? There are huge discussions on this site, but I can't actually figure out where you go, nor how to figure out if what I see is a deal or not.

I think what I saw here made the most sense as a beginner with a bit of cash to spare-- go buy something that has guaranteed, proven revenue; a developed site. Where am I supposed to go for this?

Beyond that, there are lots of ways to make money here in this industry. Just start exploring all the different ways, see which works best for you.
