In 2012 @EJS had reported on DomainInvesting.com that @Dave Evanson of Sedo had brokered the sale of Bra.com for $165,000.

Fast forward some 8 years, and Bra.com has once again made DomainInvesting.com headlines.

I assume the #adagency that epik has integrated with for strategy, design, and outreach is @Intelliname.

@Intelliname has been quite busy promoting epik, be it in their first nP post which was in the 2020 best registrar thread, or the latest fiasco that erupted regarding epik's wikipedia page.

What I find interesting, is some of the comments over eight years ago regarding the sale of Bra.com for $165,000.

Some commenters question the sale price, wondering if it was too low.

@EJS asserting he liked the plural more. And citing VictoriasSecret.com

@Acroplex chimed in with another prospect, Hanes.

With another commenter mentioning Victorias Secret again

Now, fast forward to today, 2020. Where I received a news update from CNBC.com

Victoria’s Secret parent L Brands sales tumble 37%, with stores shut during coronavirus pandemic

There is a quote from the CNBC article regarding competitors online sales
At Victoria’s Secret, total sales tumbled 46% to $821.5 million.

Total sales at Bath & Body Works dropped 18% to $712.7 million, though Bath & Body Works’ online business surged 85%, with people stocking up on hand sanitizers and scented soaps online, the company said.

It appears that with ecommerce on the rise, that Ben's previous assertion that Victorias Secret should have bought Bra.com a long time ago might have been correct.

While Victorias Secret dominates mall spaces across the USA, did they properly hedge their online business? Could that be asked to all businesses?

Victoria’s Secret’s parent company L Brands is about to shut more than 200 stores in malls and shopping centers across the country this year. And it expects even more closures for its struggling bra business are looming.

With more physical Victoria's Secret store shuttering their doors, does that make Bra.com MORE or less valuable?

Also note*****
at the end of the CNBC article, the below video is included.

Could "...changing retail trends during the pandemic" be inferred as brands having more of a willingness to invest in premium domain names such as Bra.com?
