Where does a domain go?

Quick question guys, If a domain name gets deleted at network solutions due to invalid whois info. does it go to Snapnames or only expired domains from net sol go to Snapnames...

If it gets deleted, I'd say it is made available again. Which means, the company or someoen else have grabbed it.
