Ok, I know that brandable domain marketplaces buy traffic or at least two of the three main ones do, so where do they buy it from.

Brandable domain do not have traffic at the beginning. They need to spend a lot of money to advertise their new web site.

They advertise their marketplace to the same people who visit forums like Namperos. If they have a strong enough name they will direct market to people most likely to be ready, willing and interested in the name.

I think social media is the best choices to promote brandable domain, especially the new one. We can use "@mention" on tweet for twitter or use picture tags to the other user those may interested in.
