Where can I learn?

Hey everyone I want ot learn php so I can learn how to make mybb and my own forum platform.
I know it might take months but I just want to know where I can learn all that so I can learn it when I am ready.

Creating a forum platform will take years, not months. That's why people use vBulletin, phpBB, etc.

The best place to start is PHP.net.

I know html and css I already know some php but want to learn more.
I know how to create new mysql tables in php and all that.

Not to discourage, but it will take you more then a couple of months to learn how to program properly in PHP, or any programming language. I would start reading up on OOP principals and patterns first.

Eh I didn't say a couple of months I said months to years also has a note if Just a side note I say months I could mean a number of months which doesn't work as a year or a qaurter(s) or halve(s).
Anyway have you got any resources if not avoid spamming my thread please.
