Where can I hire someone to develop my domains?

Hi NPers,

I'd like to start developing a few domains I own while I wait for offers on domains to come through as I'd like to have another income stream to at least pay for my renewals or reinvest that cash into better names.

The problem is that I have a full time job and I don't have much free time to learn Web development by myself -- Yes, that's an excuse but I'd rather pay someone to get my site up first while I learn on the side rather than wait until I learn everything and then start developing it.

I will focus mostly on my local market as I own some nice gems in my CCTLD and the competition is almost nonexistent.

For example, I own the name JuegosGratis.com.py (Free Games in Spanish). This term is searched 33K times on average per month in my country with a CPC of $0.10. I'm thinking if I develop the site as a games portal like Juegos.com I can make some decent cash every month.

How would I go about it? What I'm asking is where can I hire a person to create the site for me and do the SEO? And how much should it cost?

Another example could be a blog about VR but I'd like to outsource everything -- the articles, the SEO, and everything in between.

Where can I hire good developers to accomplish this?

Thank you in advance.
