Where are the best chances: domains, websites or apps?

Where are the best chances ? Is it better to focus on domaining? Or would you say that website development is also interesting and rewarding? Or are apps a good way to have a success?
Some in this forum wrote that domaining is more suitable as a part-time job and that it takes a long time to reach a success. Is it easier to make a living from websites or from apps?

I believe all 3 methods are profitable and each will take time to be successful. There is nothing stopping you from doing all 3 but definitely it is smart to focus on one at a time. The first thing is asking yourself which one do you see yourself putting in the extra hours for after your regular job, is their a passion in doing it, do you enjoy it?

Once you decide which one you want to do spend some time getting educated on the best ways to go about it and also learning from the experiences of other people. At first definitely working any of these 3 methods makes sense to do it part time and grow your business that way. Put as much time as possible and create a budget for investing you can handle on a monthly basis.

For me I started with domaining and love it. The way I see it, if I come across a site that has potential to be developed then I would get it and work with someone to get it developed. As for as Apps I know it is the future but it is something I have not spend time getting into yet.
