When the WhoIs is empty...

Hey y'all,

I'm looking at domain that's reg'd but with no working site. So, I thought I'd email the owner at the whois and see if they were up for selling it. Problem is... the WHOIS doesn't give me (I think) enough info to contact the owner. It just says...

Is it because the it was just reg'd - Creation Date: 24-Aug-2006 ???
