When is it a good time to sell an arcade?

So lets say you have an arcade, and in its first month, april, its made 600 uniques so far, and just started to make PPC revenue, at a measely $0.13 to date. When would a good time to sell this arcade be?

I think you have a way to go. There are tons of arcades out there (as free scripts start to circulate).

I think if you can make your arcade attract lots of visitors on a daily basis and make more revenue it would be more attracting to a buyer.

...and you could charge way more.
