Hi,

This is a example for discussion purpose. www.example.com

This domain expires on the 30th May 2007.
This domain has gone through the 10 day auction.
This domain has gone through the "buy now" period.

I missed the opportunities above.

Now when I search for this domain, it is still classified as registered, and the whois info is still the old owner. Transfer, Delete, Update are all prohibited.

Now, I could spend some money to "backorder" the domain. But this is out of my budget.

May I ask how long more do I have to wait so that this domain becomes publicly available again?

Will it be alot faster if I backorder? How many days faster?

Thank you.

Registry Status: clientRenewProhibited
Registry Status: clientTransferProhibited
Registry Status: clientUpdateProhibited
Registry Status: clientDeleteProhibited

This is the registry status now. Is it over the redemption period already? What will be the next status until it becomes publicly available?

Which registrar is the domain registered with?

The status now is Redemption. I cannot see any other information. I don't know which is the registrar.

Did you try do a whois on the domain?

http://whois.domaintools.com

Yes, I used GoDaddy to check the whois. It only reports the status redemption. No other info. I suppose the Whois info must have been deleted.
