I'm a big fan of phrase domains and it seems like lately, a lot of big businesses are too. Credit card companies advertise names like "GetYourCard.com" or "MyNewCard.com", insurance companies advertise names like "FindMyRate.com or "GetQuotes.com", etc. I'm having trouble evaluating this name though. It's definitely an often USED phrase, with 10,800,000 Google results, and there is no more viable gTLD option available for reg fees with .net, .org, .info, and .biz all taken (none by me). However, no one searches for "what would you like", and while it being generic allows it to be useful for just about any company or service, some would say it's TOO generic and loses value because it doesn't immediately lend itself to a particular category.
I received a low $xxx offer and am convinced I should get more for the name, but I'm stuck on how much more. I'm in no dire need of money, but on the other hand I've had numerous times where I get 1 offer on a name, wind up not closing a sale with it, and then get nothing else for it. Hasn't happened too often, but has happened sometimes, and I hate dumping a name for $x or low $xx near exp that ever got a bid for high $xx or higher. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
