This particular method of marketing could be quite dangerous as you are falling into the trap of spamming people by text to promote a product and/or service. There are a number of guidelines/laws a person or company must do and abide by before even considering this method of outbound marketing. You CANNOT push messages to consumers you do not know.

I tried for one domain but didn't work and I agree with @Haykay2005 sounds unprofessional so stopped it.

I would say you should rather call up the end user in question rather than pinging him on WhatsApp.

Most people consider WhatsApp their personal space and might take offence if they start receiving domain spam.
