i just dont understand how people make big bucks what am i doing wrong anything i can change to get more for clicks?

to mee 141 clicks and almost 5000 pvs is very low

Try better ad placement, the adplacement on Ultimate Uploads is not the greatest.

~3% ctr isn't that bad, your problem seems to be just low paying keywords.
