What's up with Sedo ads lately ? Serious Glitch ??

I seem to have a number of domains that show Totally unrelated ads lately, anyone else notice the same problem recently ?

eg: (below) Keywords on the following are set to - Ecohome but the ads show computer related links 2 out of 4 times (when you refresh the page.) WTH :td:

I have also had parked domains where the ads shown were totally unrelated, in spite of setting keywords correctly. This has been on Sedo as well as other parking companies. The domains in question were all of the eco-friendly, green type of domains, like the Ecohome one you mention. When I queried the ads I was told it was because there weren't enough advertisers in the keywords category I selected. Guess I'll just have to wait for the market to catch up I suppose....

That would'nt be an honest and accurate answer in the case of some of many of mine, if I refresh the page then "sometimes" it shows a full page of eco related ads - maybe one out of four times. Not wonder the click rate is crap :td:

Here's another one on a name that is getting around 300 people a month - the keywords are set to Motocross Gear

Sedo needs to sort this out quick IMO - It is obviously not acceptable.

Yeah I find this non-relevant ads thing annoying.

I've found it to be an issue with any parking companies using a Google feed - when a keyword is set to 'TV' for instance, *sometimes* it displays ads related to 'TV', say.. 2 out of 10 times or less after refreshing the page.

I think I remember reading somewhere about Google returning a certain percentage of ads per user(s) related to the domain name and another percent related to the actual keywords you've set.

Some of my examples include a domain related to 'movies' returning adverts relating to 'ninjas'! or the 'TV' related domain I have returning ads for Universities and college.

I've seen this on another parking service that uses Adsense as well.
I wonder if this is because of the new AdWords feature where advertisers can opt out of appearing on parked pages. Lots of them are doing this which would lead to a shortage of relevant ads to display.

Thanks, I'll give it another shot, I have tried those keywords before (when sedo was working properly) This has to be a Glitch IMO because computer related ads are coming up on a few of my domains even though the keywords are set differently.

Also.... right now if I try to get to the optimize section (in sedo.co.uk) it just brings up a totally blank page so I can't optimize anything......great :td:

my click rate on a domain that is getting 250 + (likely type ins) is now a Grand 3.38%


my patience with Sedo is most definitely running out

I thought it was a blank page - but it seems the layout has messed up at sedo - scroll right down to the bottom and you should see the optimization stuff!
