Looking at aquiring gambling-place.com. 12 years aged. What's the max I should offer.

$20 if you really have to have it for development etc... otherwise i'd just pass on it - the name is weak because of the hyphen, has no search volume or anything else to it that could add value.. 12 years makes no difference in this case.
