What's going on here?

I have a parked domain affiliatesmarket (.) net, and just found this domain affiliatesmarket(.)info. The info domain has a banner for my domain and an email address pointing to admin at affiliatesmarket(.)net. What is this person trying to accomplish. Is this a scam trying to get me a bad rep.

Yeah kinda what I was thinking. Wonder if this person is trying to call the domain to my attention for a possible sale.
Not really interested though.
Just do not want any future problems coming my way.
