What's 2nd best for gambling parking?

So it's pretty much widely regarded that Fabulous is the best for gambling names. Unfortunately, they're also a little stubborn on the categorization, and I've got a name with poker traffic but with casino in the name, and simply cannot get them to put a poker parking page on there even though I KNOW that's what the traffic is looking for.

I'm hoping there's something better than Sedo because last I remember, they pay only about $1/click on poker vs. Fab's $5 avg or so, and that $1 might be lower by now. Anyone have any insight?

My poker domains are now averaging $1.00+ at Fab, far lower than the $5.00+ a year ago. I have tried GK, DS, Parked and DDC to-date and Fab seems to be the best although I sometimes have issues with categorization as well.

It's the only one I know of that will display ads for real-money gaming sites, hence the larger payouts. Other parking providers I've used tend to show ads for instructional sites or poker supplies...
