Q: are all your navigation links on the same line?

Positive: Great use of color. I really like the way you blended the two together. I also love the header and the logo.

Negative: The links are way too big. Cut down the size of those buttons. Also I do not care for that packages. Most sites have packages in the middle and it looks fine.

I like everything down to the navbar. You need to start over from the navbar down.
