I registered a domain

GetVisa.info.......I just got a letter from Visa asking me to contact them, more specifically their Trademark Department...I'm new at this and when I saw the name was available I grabbed it

Do I sign the domain name over to them if they ask?

What do I do?

if they ask for it, then give it to them, it's their tm btw

Looking at where you're pointing getvisa.info, you might be seen as getting a
free ride on their well-established trademark. If they say hand it to them, do
so.

with the way you have it now (parked at sedo), you have no real option other than handing it over.

however, with the big immigration issues being raised in the US, you might consider developing the site with information on getting a Visa from the US government.

I hate to break this to you, but it's likely too late for that.

If the Visa people are smart, they've likely captured a current screenshot of
the domain name's website. Any recent changes and they can claim bad faith
by saying you're trying to skirt the issue.

Since they already contacted you, you might as well get in touch with their
trademark department and at least hear what they have to say.

Inventing a reason after the domain is already used in bad faith whill not fly... You already sealed your fate.
