I think your domain name won't seem valuable for domainers, because of the low traffic and keyword advertisers.
But being a former student of international politics, I can suggest you a way, which might get your domain name sold more profitable than selling it to some reseller. There is an ongoing debate over United Nations Reform and one the most important issue is the reform of the security council. So you can do a research over the topic, and there are plenty of organizations which are campaigning over the issue. So try to contact these organizations and let them know that you own and wanna sell the domain name. Hope this will help.
