Inherent value, assume low $xx because of the TLD.

Developed value - huge, most parents know how difficult it is to find schools that are close by and would be great for their kids!

Nice name. This name has to be developed. You can't ignore it's potential. Right now i'd say it's worth around low XXX to mid XXX. However with some development I think it can get good traffic and increase the value a lot.

I think the extension suits the name a bit.. there's nothing commercial in finding schools...
