question What to do with traffic?

I have domains receiving hundreds of visits per day according to Sedo.
Does this mean anything?
Value?
Fake traffic?
Ppc potential?

In my experience , this means zero ppc income and no offers or fake purchases.

Don't bother about traffic.
You only need ONE Good Traffic to make a sale.

I mean, some of those visitors should be interested, because they see there is such big traffic, but they are not. How can we know intended target of those visits. And then maybe contact the best matching enduser..

That would involve 'tracking' your visitors' interests etc.
Things are not that simple when doing any form of tracking.

If you want more details though, your best bet is to setup your own sales page and do whatever you need/want to do on there. Sedo's shown traffic is not very accurate anyway.
