What to do with the trademark domains?

When i just started domaining few mths ago i have no idea about this..the trademark issues i mean n went to register few tm related domains.. so what shud i do now? wait n let it drop or surrender to the related tm companies or what? or just abandon it.. i have about 7 of them .... need advices from all of you pros here..

When I had a TM issue I contacted Godaddy and got a refund, but if you've owned it for too long they dont give refunds.

Malaysia, if you really want to drop domains , you can give them to me better than cancel
But maybe you can use this domains as well , for something useful ....
I dont think that someone have a guilt just for registering names that are available.

I think it is very two faced and hypocritical of corporations, to expect the cooperation of Nics to help them in enforce their trademarks, when they are to tight to register the domains on all possible ccTld´s, thus depriving the Nic´s of potential registration income.

I know that my legal defence would be, as ****** Inc. registered ******.com.ccTld they were quite aware that ******.co.ccTld and ******.net.ccTld existed and were available for registration. The fact that they did not register these alternatives is evidence that did not want or see the need to protect their name, or use of their name being applied to these other ccTld extensions.

Just because a trademark is not registered does not give you the right to use it. While a company has a legal obligation to take steps to protect their mark it is almost impossible to register every possible combination in all
Domain extensions.
