well correct me if i'm wrong, the theme you're using is the default theme that comes with it...
so the first thing i would do is maybe a custom theme so it all stands out...

How about making the logo slightly smaller, and slightly narrowing the upperhead width?

How about boldly trying the sky blue color to change the very-often-seen dull gray color to make new visitors refreshing?

There are several other big aspects to make your site better, but the biggest thing for you is to make as much marketing (many kinds) as possible to attract visitors to your site.
